Vorwerk adopted direct selling as its business model in 1930. The company allowed its customers to become distributors. The whole journey of becoming a distributor requires an application process. Also, you have to accept products after signing up as a prospective customer.
The company does not show any information about their compensation plan unless you enroll as a sales advisor. But they provide training about how products work. This will help you in presenting products to potential customers.
