Although claims of Young Living are not backed by science, that doesn’t mean the company is bad. Some distributors make things up when promoting oils. Whatever the reason is, the company has effective business. They reached record sales of $2.2 billion in 2020.

How does Young Living Work?

Young Living has many farms across the US where it produces essential oils. The company utilizes oils in three phases. These are

  1. Perfume grade oils
  2. Food-grade oils
  3. 100% pure oils

Perfume-grade oils are obtained by mixing different chemicals. They have no benefits for the human body. Chemicals make these oils smell good. Food grade oils are used in pesticides, fertilizers, and carrier oils. In contrast, pure oils are made up of 100% organically grown plants. The young living has their farms where they produce quality oils.

Can You Make Money with Young Living MLM?

Like other MLMs in Young Living, you can make money in two ways.

●       Directly selling products to customers and earning commission on each sale.

●       Recruiting people in your downline and getting a bonus for each recruit.

You need robust marketing skills to make sales or convince people to join Young Living. Each time a customer signs up and buys a starter kit, you will get a commission. Social media, personal blogs, and parties are good options for marketing. All in all, You will get a 25% commission on retail sales, 5% additional revenue from your recruits, and 4% at the next level down.

The company offers 9 different kits for recruits. You have to choose one to start selling and earning a commission. The cost of joining Young Living is $45. After that, you can become an independent distributor. You can also recruit other people in your downline to increase your earnings.

For recruits, the company provides you guidelines about their rules and regulations. If you join without a sponsor, the company will assign you one. Sponsors help you understand the system of the company. However, the company teaches you about the benefits of products through online sessions and other events. 

Also, the company provides you with the necessary tools and training about how to sell products. Then you start telling your friend and family and promoting products on social media. Moreover, you have to buy a starter kit of products that you sell directly to customers.

Pros:

It is Credible

The company has been working for the last 27 years and still growing day by day. This proves that it is credible, especially when it comes to CBD oil. They offer quality as they have their farms.

It offers Discount

When you buy products from the company as a distributor, you’ll get them at wholesale price. The difference is a discount which you can turn into a profit.

High Commission Rate

When you start your journey as a distributor, you will get a 25% commission. In addition to that, you’ll earn great commissions for recruitment. But this is only good for three months.
